I like cycling. That much that I commute by bycicle to university everyday. I also like swimming and running, so I decided I could do something productive with it. Yes, indeed, I run triathlons every once in a while. I tried olympic distance and I stick with it. That is 1500 meters swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running. Actually, it is not that much if you think of them separately, is it?
Quite obvious, I also like travelling. But, of course, I add some singularity to this so common hobby: I specially enjoy travelling by bycicle. In the picture, you can see me exploring the beautiful Bavarian Alps.
Among many other subjects, I am particulary interested and concerned about the limits of world energy supply for the future, aka, Peak Oil, and the huge impact it has/will have on ever-growing economy due to the lack of alternatives able to sustain the same level of supply that nowadays non renewable energy sources provide. For spanish readers, the blog of Antonio Turiel, researcher at CSIC, is a great starting point on the topic.
